Who is eligible?

Any woman in Lane County, Oregon, who has had a diagnosis of ovarian cancer and is under a physician’s care for the disease.

How much does it cost? Do I have a co-pay?

There is no co-pay and it is absolutely free to all qualified women. No financial questions asked.

How long will it take to know whether or not my application has been approved?

We make every effort to review and respond to your application within two weeks of receiving it.

Who provides the services and where do I go to get them?

We have relationships with various service providers in the community. A list of our current providers will be provided upon approval of your application.

What is the value of the services?

We provide grants of up to $1,000 per applicant.

How are the services paid for?

We pay the service provider(s) directly for all services you receive.
